Nothing Appears When the Conputer is Locked

Hi Sanjay,

When I finished using VNC to access my office computer at home, I locked my office computer.

On the road, I used Remote Touch to access my office computer (Remote Touch Server is installed and tested ok), Remote Touch started ok, showed the Welcoming screen, the Menu Bar appeared at the bottom of my mobile screen, and it showed the ads as usual.

However nothing happened then, the mobile screen was black and I cannot see anything, I tried different methods and the results were the same.

Note: Remote Touch became ok, after I entered the Windows ID and Password to logon my office computer directly.

Please help.

Similar problem to your previous issue.
Once the computer is locked or in the login screen software requires special access (like a service) to view the login screen.
This is part of te same feature request. It would solve both these problems in one shot.

Hi Alex,

Sounds interesting ... is this part of your Access Control System or related to your main business ?
I don't really have any "marketing" material per say other than the manual for the Commercial Version.
