This is more valuable information than it is a bug report.
When a User leaves a program open or accidentally opens a program using Remote Touch that requires the Administrator Account level of security, Remote Touch becomes unusable. The only control the User now has is Scroll Mode, the WWW and the File Explorer button. The User will not be able to control any other function of their computer like opening any other programs etc.
The good news is there is a workaround solution I have discovered to fix this problem.
If this problem occurs for the User they need to access the File Explorer button with Remote Touch and navigate to:
C:\Windows\System32 and then open taskmgr.
Once the User opens the taskmgr they will be able to close whatever program that is currently open that requires the Administrator Account and gain full control of the computer again with Remote Touch.
