Important: How to post Bug Reports

When posting bug reports try to give as much information about the problem you encountered, so it is easy to reproduce the problem.
Remember you should try the LATEST remote touch before posting a bug as it may already be fixed !

Try to always give the following information.
  • Tell what the bug/issue/error is.
  • What did you do last before the problem occurred.
  • Details about the Remote Touch.
    • What version of Remote Touch you are using ?
    • Make sure the Remote Touch Server & Client are the SAME version.
  • Details about your mobile phone.
    • Handset model. (e.g HTC Touch, Diamond. Sony XPeria etc.)
    • Windows Operating system (e.g. WM 5, WM 6.1 etc).
    • Your connection settings. (e.g. Usb Cable, Bluetooth, local WiFi, GPRS, 3G).
  • Details about your computer.
    • What Operating System (e.g. Windows XP (SP2), Windows Vista (SP1).
    • Display Settings of your computer (e.g. 1200x768 16-bpp)
    • Do you use a Dual Monitor Screen ?
